IT Continuity Coordinator | Healthcare Sector **At PS Grupo Hunting, we are currently searching for an IT Continuity Coordinator** to join a healthcare-sector project. We seek a professional with experience in **IT operations, technological service continuity, and support**, capable of coordinating resources, vendors, and technical teams to ensure the availability and stability of technological infrastructure in clinical environments. Position Objective Coordinate IT service operations and continuity, ensuring the proper functioning of systems, platforms, infrastructure, and technological equipment, alongside appropriate vendor management and support requirement handling. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate the operational continuity of technological services. * Supervise systems, platforms, infrastructure, and IT equipment. * Manage requirements, enablements, and improvements with technology vendors. * Coordinate on-site work with support teams. * Administer technological resources according to the needs of various medical centers. * Support the implementation and monitoring of technology projects. * Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and information security best practices. * Safeguard the confidentiality of information related to job functions. Mandatory Requirements * **2 to 6 years of experience** in IT Management, IT Coordination, Operational Continuity, IT Support, or similar roles. * Completion of an **ITIL course or certification**. * Prior experience in **clinics, hospitals, or healthcare institutions**. * Knowledge or experience in **help desks and Level 1 and Level 2 technical support**. * Availability to work **100% on-site**, including travel between different medical centers. Desirable Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Network and Telecommunications Engineering, Biomedical Informatics, Network Technician, Programmer Technician, or a related field. * Knowledge or experience in operational continuity, vendor coordination, on-site support, and requirement management. Conditions * **Work Mode:** 100% on-site, with mobility between medical centers. * **Contract:** Fixed-term for 3 months, renewable for another 3 months, with potential continuation based on performance and project needs.
