San Bernardo, Rucamanque, Las Hortensias, Angelmó, Tierra de Niños y Niñas, Las Semillitas, Mujeres de Chile. * Commune: San Bernardo. * Region: Metropolitan * Duration: Temporary Replacement JOB OBJECTIVE: Collaborate in developing the pedagogical process for the assigned level, working as a team with the Early Childhood Educator and in partnership with families and the community, within the framework of the Educational Quality Policy, to foster meaningful learning and contribute to the holistic well-being of children. MAIN FUNCTIONS: * Jointly with the classroom team, carry out the evaluation process of learning outcomes for children in the assigned level, to inform planning and pedagogical practice, and report progress, challenges, and improvement proposals to families. * Conduct reflective, analytical, and feedback processes on implemented pedagogical practices to promote improvement in learning quality and strengthen the team’s knowledge, skills, and attitudes. * Collaborate in implementing and evaluating outreach, exchange, and mutual support activities with the educational community related to the assigned group, to encourage their participation in developing the educational project and achieving its objectives. * Promote compliance with institutional regulations regarding safety, nutrition, hygiene, sanitation, rights protection, and the holistic well-being of children in the assigned group, and promptly report any detected alert situations and/or rights violations. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Professional Degree in Early Childhood Education, recognized by the Ministry of Education. * Preferred: One (1) year of professional experience as an Early Childhood Educator in a kindergarten. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
