**What would your role entail?**
Design, develop, integrate, and maintain data engineering solutions that ensure data availability, quality, integrity, and reliability — facilitating efficient data consumption by analytical platforms, Business Intelligence solutions, and organizational processes supporting business decision-making.
**Requirements:**
---------------
* Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL.
* Access management using IAM and RBAC.
* Git usage for version control.
* Docker usage for container management.
* Competence with Parquet, JSON, and Avro formats.
* Minimum six years of experience in data engineering.
* Knowledge of encryption, GDPR, and local regulations.
* Hands-on experience with Apache Spark for distributed processing.
* Ability to design Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures.
* Implementation of ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling.
* CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or CodePipeline.
* Integration of AWS services: S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Lambda, Step Functions, and CloudWatch.
* Data governance administration on AWS and Azure via catalog, lineage, quality, Glue Catalog, and Purview.
* Operation of Azure services: Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Functions, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
* **Nice-to-have for this role:**
* PySpark knowledge.
* Kubernetes usage for container orchestration.
* Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.
* Streaming experience with Kafka, Kinesis, MSK, Event Hub, or Stream Analytics.
* Experience with DataOps practices for end-to-end data platform operations.
