Join us and become part of our team! ### **DESCRIPTION** At Salcobrand, we are currently seeking our next Local Controller to join the Management of Standards and Operational Continuity. Your primary mission will be to monitor and manage the resolution of operational incidents in real time, ensuring store continuity, schedule compliance, and the best possible experience for our customers. Position Purpose: To control and ensure timely follow-up on the resolution of tickets and operational incidents reported by stores, regional managers, and business areas, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity across stores and e-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities: Real-Time Monitoring and Incident Management: Track tickets (Jira, Takary, WhatsApp) impacting operations or critical devices (kiosks, POS, PDAs) until resolution. Opening, Closing, and Timing Control: Monitor store opening/closing hours via Panel 360 and alert deviations in waiting times.
