What challenges will you face in this role? * Address customer requests related to products, services, and projects. * Serve and deliver to customers the products generated by Corporate Remote Sales. * Review purchase orders generated through Remote Sales, coordinating payment for these orders. * Manage solutions corresponding to customer requests related to products, services, and projects. * Receive and inspect products returned by customers. * Issue and manage credit notes for product returns. * Conduct in-person quotations for customers. * Coordinate the transfer of products from the dispatch area.
