At **M3GA SpA**, a transportation and logistics company, we are seeking an **Accounting Assistant to cover a pre- and postnatal leave replacement**. We aim to hire a responsible, punctual, organized individual with a strong willingness to collaborate with the rest of the accounting department and various company teams. Enter, record, and reconcile invoices and accounting entries related to the company’s daily operations. 2\. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor associated accounting accounts. 3\. Prepare the F29 Book and support monthly tax compliance obligations before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII). 4\. Manage treasury operations: payments to suppliers of goods and services, and domestic and international bank account payments. 5\. Monitor and manage payments for domestic and international insurance premiums. 6\. Administer, report on, and reconcile petty cash; review domestic expense reports. 7\. Record fund provisions and support monthly accounting closings and preparation of financial statements. 8\. Support the review of monthly and annual tax returns, and collaborate on internal audit and control processes. 9\. Collaborate with the Human Resources department in managing employment documentation and supporting the payroll process. 10\. Maintain updated and backed-up accounting/administrative logs and information, providing cross-functional support to other departments as directed by management. **Requirements:** 1\. Technical or professional degree in General Accounting, Accounting and Auditing, or a related field. 2\. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles; experience in transportation or logistics companies is preferred. 3\. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems. 4\. Up-to-date knowledge of Chilean tax regulations (SII, F29, monthly and annual tax declarations). 5\. Experience in treasury operations, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations. 6\. A responsible, punctual, organized individual with strong collaborative skills within the department and broader team. **Terms and Benefits:** 1\. On-site work in Quilicura. 2\.
