Do you have the ability to coordinate processes, work with data, and ensure each campaign is implemented as committed? **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer and coordinate the scheduling of advertising campaigns across various radio stations. * Manage advertising schedules, ensuring campaigns are implemented correctly according to commercial terms and established commitments. * Coordinate with various involved departments to guarantee proper campaign execution. * Prepare, coordinate, and deliver broadcast reports and verifications, ensuring timely and reliable information for clients and internal departments. * Perform scheduling controls to prevent errors and ensure campaign compliance. * Standardize, document, and continuously improve departmental operational processes. * Develop procedures, controls, and best practices that help reduce errors and increase efficiency. * Participate in the implementation of new systems and operational processes, contributing to improved efficiency, traceability, and campaign management. **What We Are Looking For:** * Professional degree in Advertising. * Minimum 1 year of experience in scheduling, coordination, or management of advertising schedules, preferably within media organizations. * Experience working with advertising schedule management, traffic, or scheduling systems. * Knowledge of advertising content management and scheduling. * Preferred experience in radio, digital platforms, or media companies. * Proficiency with tools associated with advertising scheduling and management. * Ability to handle information in an organized and rigorous manner. **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Santiago, Chile **Availability:** Full-time **What We Offer:** Join a leading company in media, technology, and audiovisual production.
