Position Summary: We are seeking a Technology Infrastructure Manager to lead the strategy, operations, and evolution of IT infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and efficiency. Drive automation, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. **Job Description** We are seeking a Technology Infrastructure Manager to lead the strategy, operations, and evolution of IT infrastructure, ensuring service availability, security, operational continuity, and technological service efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Define and execute the IT infrastructure and operations strategy. * Lead teams for **Cloud, servers, networks, storage, support, and operations**. * Oversee availability, performance, and continuity of critical services. * Manage **cloud, hybrid, and/or on\-premise** infrastructure. * Define architecture, security, and operations policies and standards. * Lead infrastructure modernization, migration, and transformation projects. * Manage budget, contracts, vendors, and technological resources. * Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies. * Establish and monitor **KPIs, SLAs, and service levels**. * Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Development, Data, Architecture, and Business units. * Drive automation, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computing, Systems, or related field. * Proven experience with **Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), networks, servers, and virtualization**. * Knowledge of **cybersecurity, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery**. * Experience managing vendors, budgets, and technology contracts. * Experience with ITIL methodologies and IT service management. * Strategic leadership, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
