Participate in the analysis and resolution of security incidents to prevent impact on platforms and services. Administer the NFVi and IT infrastructure (physical and virtual) under the responsibility of the Network Management, applying the company-defined best practices and controls. * Ethical hacking on production systems. * Possess in-depth knowledge of attacker behavior and propose improvements to detection or response systems. * Receive, analyze, respond to, and recover from high-criticality cybersecurity incidents. * Manage viruses, malware, and malicious code. * Use SIEM platform to apply Security Analytics. * Support internal departments of the management in achieving security objectives. * Manage security vulnerabilities and initiate mitigation measures. * Provide feedback to SIOC with information for generating new use cases or improving existing ones. * Hold periodic meetings with counterparts from Cybersecurity Management. * Ensure compliance with security policies. * Provide support during readiness shifts. * Manage issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop post-action reports for high-impact issues. * Design and improve alert mitigation protocols to be executed by this unit or others to address critical incidents. * Analyze and detect new patterns for alert design. * Perform configuration and troubleshooting on NFVi and IT infrastructure, identify root causes of problems and failures, and manage final resolution. * Identify vulnerabilities associated with their services. * Execute medium- and low-level scheduled tasks on Core Networks. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Information Technology Operations areas. * Engineering degrees. * Operating systems and programming languages.
