**SCRUM MASTER**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Product Backlog refinement.
* Support the Product Owner in defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the Product Backlog.
* Guide the team in correctly applying Scrum and other agile practices.
* Promote self-managing, collaborative, and results-oriented teams.
* Identify, manage, and escalate impediments affecting sprint execution.
* Facilitate communication among technical teams, business units, vendors, and stakeholders.
* Monitor sprint progress and achievement of committed objectives.
* Analyze agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, burnup, lead time, cycle time, and predictability.
* Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement in development.
* Implement continuous improvement plans based on retrospective outcomes.
* Support agile transformation and maturity initiatives within the organization.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to teams, Product Owners, and less-experienced Scrum Masters.
* Promote quality best practices, continuous integration, and incremental delivery.
* Coordinate initiatives involving multiple teams or agile cells.
* Prepare and present executive reports on progress, risks, blockers, and team performance.
* Contribute to conflict resolution, strengthening an environment of trust and collaboration.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
* Preferred specialization, certification, or additional training in agile methodologies, digital transformation, or project management.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in technology or digital transformation projects.
* Minimum 3 years serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary development, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, or operations teams.
* Experience working with Product Owners, technical leaders, business units, and vendors.
* Experience managing dependencies, risks, and impediments in highly complex projects.
* Preferred experience in large organizations or industries such as banking, telecommunications, retail, energy, insurance, or technology services.
