The role involves direct interaction with production systems, failure analysis, specialized technical support, and participation in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring operational continuity of critical systems. **What will be your challenges?** SCADA Support and Operations • Monitoring and support of operational SCADA systems. • Real-time analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents. • Support ticket management and SLA compliance. • End-user support and coordination with technical teams. • Execution of backup, restoration, and contingency procedures. System Maintenance and Administration • Corrective and preventive maintenance of the SCADA system. • Application of patches, updates, and system enhancements. • Basic administration of Windows servers and virtualized environments (Hyper\-V). • System performance monitoring and optimization. Databases and Historical Data • Basic database support (Oracle). • Management of historical data, backup files, and storage. • Diagnosis of issues related to data performance or storage.
