At **Siemens Digital Industries**, we are looking for a leader capable of orchestrating complex automation projects while simultaneously elevating the excellence of our Field Service team. **Your Challenge: Leadership Across Two Fronts** **1\. Project Management (50%):** **Orchestrate the full lifecycle** of digitalization projects (Automation \& Drives), from proposal through technical and financial closure. **Ensure profitability and quality:** Monitor margins, timelines, and cybersecurity standards, ensuring each solution delivers real value to the customer. **Manage stakeholders:** Serve as the strategic point of contact for customers and multidisciplinary teams (IT, OT, Engineering). **2\. Field Service Coordination \& Dispatching (50%):** **Act as the primary dispatcher:** Manage scheduling and task assignment for our on-site technical team. **Optimize execution:** Ensure the team has all necessary resources (tools, spare parts, information) for successful interventions. **Empower the team:** Foster technical development and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards for every service. **What We Look For In You:** **Education:** Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Automation, or Industrial Engineering. PMP/IPMA certification is a plus. **Project Management Experience:** Minimum **5 years** leading industrial projects, ideally with Siemens technologies (PLCs, DCS, SCADA, VDFs). **Service Experience:** Minimum **5 years** coordinating Field Service teams or technical dispatching. **Digital DNA:** Knowledge of IT/OT integration, industrial networks, cybersecurity, and familiarity with IIoT or Digital Twins. **Tools:** MS Project, Jira or similar. **Languages:** Advanced English (essential for global coordination). **Skills:** Strong results orientation (KPIs), proactive leadership, and negotiation capability. **What We Offer:** At Siemens, you will join a collaborative environment where innovation is the standard.
