We are seeking a professional with experience in support, monitoring, and operational continuity of OT platforms to join a highly specialized team. **What will be your purpose?** Ensure operational continuity of OT applications, networks, and services, guaranteeing availability of critical operational information through monitoring, support, and continuous improvement of technological platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor platforms and manage support requests via ticketing system. * Resolve incidents and ensure compliance with operational procedures and service level agreements (SLAs). * Escalate complex incidents to specialized teams. * Analyze trends and identify opportunities for continuous service improvement. * Manage change requests while maintaining proper documentation and traceability. * Coordinate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate their resolution. * Participate in technology projects related to OT platforms. * Develop technical and management indicators and KPIs. * Conduct periodic reviews to ensure service continuity and availability. **We seek professionals with** * Technical or professional education in Telecommunications, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computing, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial environments. * Knowledge of communication networks and data transport. * Basic knowledge of server administration and identity and access management. * Proficiency in Google or Microsoft cloud tools for data analysis and visualization. * Knowledge of Python or another scripting language. * Basic SQL proficiency. * Intermediate technical English (preferred). **Desirable Technical Knowledge** * SCADA systems. * Industrial protocols: IEC\-60870\-5\-104, Modbus, Modbus TCP/IP, DNP3, OPC UA, MQTT, HTTP, JSON, CSV, and SQL. * Integration of Industry 4\.0 technologies. * Fundamentals of cybersecurity applied to OT environments.
