This position represents an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in one of the fastest-growing and most relevant areas within cybersecurity, working in complex and highly regulated industrial environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor events, alerts, and anomalous behaviors in OT and IT/OT environments. * Participate in cybersecurity incident analysis, containment, escalation, and follow-up. * Identify vulnerabilities, risks, and security gaps in industrial assets and platforms. * Collaborate on hardening initiatives, network segmentation, access control, and security control enhancement. * Support vulnerability management processes and mitigation plans. * Prepare technical documentation, reports, evidence, and records for audits and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate activities with operations, engineering, technology teams, and specialized vendors. * Maintain updated procedures, inventories, asset matrices, and security documentation. **Requirements** **Mandatory** * Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Networking, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Automation, Industrial Control, or a related field. * 2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity, technological infrastructure, network security, or industrial environments. * Knowledge of networking, perimeter security, firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching. * Knowledge of security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response. * Familiarity with OT environments and industrial systems such as SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI, or Historian. * Intermediate English proficiency for reviewing technical documentation and coordinating with vendors. **Desirable** * Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, OPC, IEC 61850, or similar. * Experience using security and monitoring tools such as SIEM, EDR, Forescout, FireMon, Chronicle, or equivalent platforms. * Experience in critical sectors such as energy, utilities, mining, manufacturing, telecommunications, or regulated industries. * Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and security standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST 800\-82, NERC\-CIP, or similar. * Knowledge of Law No. 21\.663 on Cybersecurity and its implications for critical infrastructure and essential services. **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems. * Security orientation without losing focus on operational continuity. * Effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams. * Organization, documentary rigor, and commitment tracking. * Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary environments. * Proactivity, confidentiality, and responsiveness in critical situations.
