Ensure compliance with SLAs and uptime for platforms under your administration by executing necessary activities, including cross-departmental coordination. Serve as the escalation point for first-level support upon identifying platform anomalies, handle case-specific issues, and guide toward high-quality solutions. Develop operational guidelines for first-level teams, ensure proper operation and adherence to best practices—especially regarding cybersecurity—to meet customer and company expectations.
