




Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Engineer to lead the design and preparation of technical documentation for IT service tenders, coordinating with pre-sales teams. Key Highlights: 1. We require a Project Manager with the following responsibilities: * **Main Responsibilities** Profile Description: The Service Engineer will provide practical and operational insight to ensure compliance with requirements outlined in IT service tenders. Their role includes designing and preparing documentation that makes the proposal attractive and viable for the client, and directly coordinating with the pre-sales team during Service Proposal development. Key Activities: \- Review tender documents and validate requirements, analyzing assigned tender bases and defining the proposed service solution \- Provide information on current infrastructure and support capabilities \- Estimate operational resources and timelines \- Prepare required documentation \- Participate in clarifications with tendering entities and other departments \- Support cost identification and definition, quantity take-off, risk assessment, and implementation plan, if required \- Coordinate with various departments to ensure proposal competitiveness. * **Specific Knowledge** Profession: Civil Engineer, Telecommunications Engineer, Electronics Engineer, or related field. Hard Skills: Proficiency in service management frameworks (ITIL), experience in IT architecture design, cybersecurity and cloud solutions, proficiency in modeling and documentation tools, experience in support and maintenance, familiarity with ITSM and monitoring tools, knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to tenders (ISO, security, continuity).
