Position Summary: Lead, plan, and ensure the continuity, availability, and evolution of the organization's technology infrastructure, guaranteeing optimal service operation. Key Highlights: 1. Our client is a prominent legal-sector company currently seeking an **Infrastructure Manager** to join its team. Job Mission: Lead, plan, and ensure the continuity, availability, and evolution of the organization's technology infrastructure, guaranteeing optimal operation of services, platforms, networks, backup systems, and cybersecurity. You will be responsible for leading the technical team, defining operational best practices, and ensuring compliance with security, efficiency, and scalability standards. Job Responsibilities: * Lead the Infrastructure area, managing the technical team and defining priorities, goals, and work plans. * Administer, maintain, and optimize on\-premise and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft / AWS). * Supervise monitoring processes, operational continuity, incident management, and disaster recovery plans. * Control and improve VMware-based virtualization systems. * Coordinate and ensure correct operation of backup, storage, and availability systems. * Guarantee proper functioning of the help desk, promoting ITIL best practices. * Manage vendors, service contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and technology renewals. * Implement cybersecurity practices and controls aligned with current regulations and standards. * Drive the adoption of DevSecOps methodologies and tools for secure and automated development. * Prepare executive reports, departmental budgets, and proposals for continuous improvement. * Administer and ensure correct operation of corporate platforms, including SAP HANA ERP, coordinating their availability, performance, backups, and operational continuity with relevant departments. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 10 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in managerial or team leadership roles. * Valid or verifiable Microsoft and AWS certifications. * Proven experience administering VMware, system monitoring, and backup management. * Practical knowledge of ITIL and help desk operations. * Experience in managing, operating, or supporting SAP HANA infrastructure (databases, servers, connectivity, and performance). * Solid knowledge of cybersecurity (controls, vulnerability management, policies). * Advanced experience or understanding of DevSecOps practices. Desirable: * Experience leading cloud migration or infrastructure modernization initiatives. * Training or certifications in ITIL, ISO 27001, Scrum Master, or other methodologies. * Prior experience in service companies, telecommunications, or high-availability environments.
