Ingredients: Key Responsibilities This role will be responsible for **managing, integrating, and optimizing critical technology platforms**, with focus on: * **Functional leadership of the ERP (ideally SAP)** * **Integrations between corporate systems** * **Automation of operational processes** * **IT operational continuity and stability** Additionally, you will play an active role in: * **Implementing and administering the new ERP system** * **Maintaining ongoing coordination with regional (Latam) and global IT teams** * **Supporting and managing internal requests from various business areas.** * **Proposing technology improvements with real impact on operations** The Perfect Blend: What We’re Looking For* **Experience** + **\+3 years in IT roles related to ERP**. + Experience with **advanced or senior-level ERP** (ideally **SAP**). + Participation in **technology projects or implementations** related to operations and corporate systems.**Technical Knowledge** + **System integrations** (APIs, middleware, data flows). + **ERP business processes**: finance, logistics, retail, and e\-commerce. + **Microsoft infrastructure, networking, and security**. + **Cloud environments and collaborative tools**.**Key Competencies** + Business acumen and analytical thinking. + Ability to **lead and coordinate projects**. + Organization, autonomy, and results orientation. + Effective communication with both technical and commercial teams. + Proactive, collaborative attitude and **genuine desire to grow**.
