We seek to incorporate an IT Support Technician who contributes to maintaining the operational continuity of our technology services. ***Job Mission***: Provide technical support to internal users, ensuring the proper functioning of computer equipment, systems, networks, and company technology services, delivering timely solutions that contribute to the business's operational continuity. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Deliver on-site and remote technical support to users for resolving hardware and software incidents. * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and other technological devices. * Administer user accounts and access rights on corporate platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Support network management and monitoring, including connection points, WiFi, switches, and routers. * Register and manage requests via ticketing platform, ensuring efficient and timely response. * Maintain updated inventory of technology assets and IT department documentation. * Collaborate in implementing technological improvements and cybersecurity best practices. ***Requirements*** * Higher Technical Degree in Computing, Connectivity and Networks, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in IT technical support and user assistance. * Knowledge of installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. * Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 tools. * Knowledge of networking, structured cabling, and connectivity. * Experience in basic user and permission administration. * Availability to visit construction sites within the Metropolitan Region when required. ***Desirable Qualifications*** * Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial project companies. * Knowledge of Windows Server. * Experience with platforms such as BUK, SAP Business One, or ICONSTRUYE. * Basic knowledge of virtualization and cybersecurity. * Class B driver's license. ***Working Conditions*** * Initial fixed-term contract with possibility of indefinite extension. * Working hours from 09:00 to 18:20. * On-site work mode. * Complementary health insurance * Amipass meal benefit If you have experience in IT support and are interested in joining a leading company in the electrical and industrial sector, we invite you to apply with your updated CV!
