As leaders in the sanitation sector—both in Chile and Latin America—we employ advanced technology and integrated management. **Job Mission:** Manage, control, and administer the company’s IT infrastructure services, ensuring stability, availability, and scalability **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and Operational Continuity o Monitor the status and performance of IT infrastructure (servers, databases, storage, and hybrid cloud). o Coordinate preventive and corrective actions to avoid impacts on production services. o Participate in the design and execution of disaster recovery tests (DRP), both during and outside business hours * IT Vendor and Service Management o Administer IT service contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs and operational level agreements (OLAs) o Coordinate infrastructure maintenance and changes with vendors and internal teams o Continuously evaluate vendor performance, managing penalties and contractual adjustments as necessary * Incident and Problem Management o Oversee resolution of critical incidents impacting business continuity o Coordinate technical escalations with support vendors according to severity levels o Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and propose preventive improvements * Optimization and FinOps o Efficiently manage IT infrastructure costs using a FinOps approach, optimizing cloud resource usage (dynamic tiering, automated scaling, etc.). o Evaluate solutions that reduce costs without compromising security and performance * Automation and Operational Efficiency o Promote infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for efficient management of hybrid cloud environments (Azure and OCI). o Drive automation of operational tasks to improve efficiency in server and database administration * Security and Regulatory Compliance o Ensure IT infrastructure complies with applicable regulations, including Chile’s Cybersecurity Framework Law. o Apply best practices in infrastructure administration based on ISO 27001\. o Other duties assigned by management, aligned with this position **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Engineering, Civil Informatics, Computing, Networking, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, IT service administration, and operational continuity Experience managing IT vendors and evaluating services under SLA/OLA frameworks Experience managing hybrid environments (on\-premise and cloud) **ITIL Foundation v4\. Microsoft Certified:** Azure Administrator Associate, preferred Microsoft 365 administration certification, preferred. Courses/Certifications in infrastructure automation and management (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell) Training in ISO 27001\.
