Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager with solid infrastructure experience to lead industrial technology projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure achievement of objectives. We are currently seeking a Project Manager with a strong infrastructure background. **Functions and Responsibilities** * The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and controlling technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, quality, and security—aligned with both corporate and client strategic objectives. * Must operate with high autonomy, strong decision-making capability, comprehensive resource management, and cross-functional leadership over multidisciplinary teams. * Lead implementation and service projects in **industrial technology infrastructure**. * Define scope, schedule, budget, risks, and contingency plans. * Ensure milestone, deliverable, and service-level agreement (SLA) compliance. * Serve as the single point of contact among clients, internal departments, and vendors. * Ensure compliance with corporate security policies, regulations, and established technological standards. REQUIREMENTS * **Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field comprising at least 12 semesters.** * **An updated CV and professional degree certificate are required; certifications (if any) must also be submitted (foreign degrees must be officially recognized).** Mandatory Experience: * **Minimum 8 years in development, control, and management of technology projects, tender processes, preparation of technical specifications, budgetary control and management, agile methodologies, and physical/financial progress tracking.** Mandatory Knowledge: * Networking (LAN, WAN, fiber optics, switching, routing). * IT/OT infrastructure. * CCTV and electronic security systems. * Industrial process digitalization. * Industrial data centers (on\-premise, edge, technical rooms). * Cybersecurity Indefinite-term contract On-site work at the client’s headquarters office (Santiago).
