Opportunity to coordinate or supervise analysts in the future. **IT Infrastructure Manager – RM Airport Sector** At **PS Grupo Hunting**, we are looking for an **IT Infrastructure Manager** to join a company operating in the air logistics industry, in a key position supporting the operational continuity, availability, and technological support of its internal services. We seek a candidate with solid knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, and Cisco equipment, and who is interested in developing within an operational, dynamic, and highly demanding environment. We especially value proactive, collaborative profiles with strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to environments with high security and operational continuity standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the management and continuity of the company’s technological infrastructure. * Administer, monitor, and provide support for corporate networks and internal IT services. * Participate in infrastructure management primarily based on Cisco equipment. * Log, monitor, and follow up on technological incidents and requests. * Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and users, maintaining clear and effective communication. * Adapt to operational, administrative, and security processes specific to an airport environment. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to networks, infrastructure, and IT services. * In the future, assume coordination or supervision responsibilities for area analysts, depending on performance and team needs. **Mandatory Requirements** * Professional degree in Network and Telecommunications Engineering, Network and Connectivity Engineering, Computer Science Engineering with specialization in networks, infrastructure, or cybersecurity, or a related field. * Solid networking knowledge. * Experience or proficiency with Cisco infrastructure. * 1–2 years of experience in networking, communications, IT infrastructure, or similar roles. * Availability to work onsite in the airport sector, Región Metropolitana. * Realistic ability to commute to the workplace. * Availability to submit documentation required for internal accreditation processes. **Desirable Knowledge** * Windows Server. * Linux. * SQL. * Power BI. * Cybersecurity. * Technical certifications related to networking, IT infrastructure, Cisco, or security. **Position Conditions** * Location: airport sector, Región Metropolitana. * Work modality: first month fully onsite; thereafter, four days onsite and one day remote, subject to role adaptation and operational needs. * Working hours: flexible start between 08:00 and 09:00 hrs., with proportional end time between 17:00 and 18:00 hrs. * Contract: initial fixed-term contract of 3 months, renewable for another 3 months, with potential conversion to indefinite term based on performance. * Approximate net salary: $1\.400\.000\. **Application** Interested candidates must send their updated CV to **seleccion@grupops.cl**, with the subject line: **IT Infrastructure Manager**.
