Job Summary: Design, implement, and manage cybersecurity awareness and training programs, including ethical phishing campaigns and educational materials. Key Highlights: 1. Strengthen cybersecurity culture through training and awareness. 2. Design and execution of awareness campaigns and ethical phishing. 3. Creation of digital and audiovisual educational content. **Job Description** ---------------------- Design, implement, and manage the awareness and training program to strengthen cybersecurity culture. Design and execute the annual Training & Awareness plan aligned with current risks and threats. Coordinate awareness campaigns (monthly or thematic) focused on specific risks (phishing, AI, personal data, etc.). Ensure proper dissemination of security policies, standards, and best practices. Develop educational materials: microlearning capsules, videos, e-learning courses, infographics, and communications. Define training scripts and audiovisual content. Conduct in-person and/or virtual training sessions for employees. Facilitate workshops, webinars, and awareness sessions. Coordinate and execute ethical phishing campaigns. Monitor results and reinforce learning based on user behavior. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Basic knowledge of information security (concepts such as phishing, data protection). * Proficiency in office productivity tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Basic experience creating digital or audiovisual content using Adobe software. * Technical or professional education (IT, communications, design, or related fields).
