Collaborative work with technical teams and end users LIS Implementer PS GRUPO HUNTING is seeking an LIS Implementer to join a major technological project in the healthcare sector. Position Objective * Participate in the implementation and operational support of LIS systems, ensuring their proper adoption, functionality, and integration with existing systems in high-operational-demand environments. * Key Responsibilities * On-site LIS system implementation. * User support for system usage and real-time incident resolution. * Training for end users. * Participation in integration processes with other systems. * Ticket, incident, and requirement management. * Task tracking, activity logging, and monthly reporting. * Collaborative work with technical teams and end users. Requirements: * 2–5 years of experience in LIS or similar system implementation or support. * Knowledge of operational processes, patient care workflows, and sample collection procedures. * Experience in demanding operational environments. * Medical Technologist qualification or related degree preferred (not mandatory). * Familiarity with ISO standards (not mandatory). * Basic understanding of cybersecurity and protection of sensitive data. * Knowledge of databases and SQL. * Work Modality: * Dynamic on-site and office-based work. * Rotation as required by the project. Working Hours: * Standard 8-hour daily schedule. * Availability for overtime shifts and Sundays.
