Join us today! **What You’ll Do** * Lead Google's commercial strategy in Chile, defining initiatives to drive business growth. * Develop and execute plans to generate demand and expand the pipeline through campaigns, events, partnerships, and commercial activities. * Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the customer portfolio. * Collaborate with Account Managers, Solution Sales, and other commercial teams to accelerate opportunities and increase pipeline conversion. * Manage Google business forecasting, ensuring data quality and proposing action plans when necessary. * Promote the sale of professional services associated with Google, including migrations, modernization, Data & AI, and cloud adoption. * Partner with Pre-sales and Delivery teams to design competitive, customer-aligned value propositions. * Lead the strategic relationship with Google, actively participating in partnership programs, commercial initiatives, QBRs, joint campaigns, and events. * Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs and incentives, maximizing benefits for Noventiq. * Design and drive training plans for commercial teams, strengthening knowledge of the Google solutions portfolio and its value proposition. * Participate in strategic negotiations and support high-impact commercial opportunities, ensuring profitability and sustainable business growth. * Position Noventiq as a strategic partner within the Google ecosystem. **About You** * Graduate in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in business development and pipeline generation within the technology industry. * Experience in consultative selling of Cloud solutions and technology services. * Preferred experience within the Google Cloud ecosystem. * Experience managing relationships with technology vendors (manufacturers). * Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Workspace, and Data & AI solutions. * Understanding of Cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS). * Experience using CRM tools for opportunity management and commercial forecasting. * Strong results orientation and focus on business growth. * Strategic thinking and value-generation focus. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. * Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. * Proactivity, autonomy, and sense of ownership. * Ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, pre-sales, and delivery teams. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. \#LinkedinJobs
