Job source: getonbrd.com. ### **The Challenge and Your Day-to-Day** * Level 1/Level 2 Support: Agile resolution of tickets and escalations to ensure operational continuity for users. * Infrastructure and Backups: Operational administration of Windows and Linux servers, management of VMware vSphere clusters, and execution of backup policies using Veeam Backup. * Operational Cybersecurity: Review of security alerts, vulnerability management, and support in standardizing our asset inventory. * Strategic Projects: Technical support for migrating our workloads to Microsoft Azure and implementing controls to comply with industry regulations (CMF) as well as laws such as the Cybersecurity Framework Law. ### **Technical Requirements (What We’re Looking For)** * English (B2\-C1\): Mandatory. You will maintain constant communication with our engineering teams at APEX Global. * Virtualization and Data Protection: Proven experience operating VMware environments and administering enterprise backup platforms (Veeam Backup). * IT Observability: Solid experience administering, operating, and creating dashboards on monitoring platforms — specifically Zabbix. ### **Cloud and Networking (Desirable)** * Experience managing virtual machines transitioning to Azure and familiarity with modern network implementations such as Cisco Meraki. ### **Work Modality and Conditions** * Shift Schedule: We operate under a flexible shift model.
