Key Responsibilities * Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles. * Design current and future-state models for processes, applications, data, and technology. * Translate strategic objectives into technological capabilities. * Develop architecture and transformation roadmaps. * Evaluate initiatives and projects from an enterprise architecture perspective. * Identify dependencies, redundancies, and opportunities for simplification. * Establish technology standards and design guidelines. * Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams. * Participate in system modernization decisions. * Evaluate integrations between platforms and applications. * Support cloud and hybrid architecture initiatives. * Participate in data governance and information architecture. * Collaborate with security teams to define controls and principles. * Assess architectural impact of emerging technologies. * Document capabilities, domains, systems, and integrations. * Maintain architecture repositories and documentation. * Participate in architecture review committees. * Review technical proposals and standard exceptions. * Identify technical debt and structural risks. * Support technology selection processes. * Align architecture with budget and business priorities. * Mentor technical teams on architectural principles. * Perform other duties related to enterprise architecture and transformation. Requirements * **6–9 years of experience** in technology, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation. * Prior experience as an **Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Technology Architect**, or similar role. * Experience defining target architectures and technology roadmaps. * Knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture. * Experience working with distributed systems and integrations. * Familiarity with **APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms**. * Experience with **AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform** is preferred. * Knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks. * Ability to model business capabilities and technology ecosystems. * Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders. * Ability to prepare executive documentation and presentations. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences. * Strategic orientation and long-term thinking. Desired Qualifications * Professional degree in **Computer Engineering, Civil Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering**, or a related field. * Knowledge of **TOGAF, ArchiMate, Zachman**, or other architecture frameworks. * TOGAF certification is preferred. * Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools. * Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design. * Experience modernizing legacy systems. * Knowledge of event-driven architecture. * Experience in technology governance. * Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management. * Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is preferred.
