If you are passionate about designing hardened digital ecosystems and leading data protection strategy in highly complex environments, this opportunity is for you! What will you do? Strategic Leadership: You will serve as the technical and strategic reference point, balancing risk management with tactical execution to define a business-aligned security roadmap. Security by Design: You will guide the incorporation of cybersecurity into projects from inception, evaluating architectures, mitigating vulnerabilities, and promoting Security by Design practices. Governance and Compliance: You will conduct sensitive data mapping (Law No. 27.719), manage segregation of duties (SoD) matrices, and ensure access control (ABM) on critical platforms. What are we looking for? Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Computing, or related field. \+7 years of total experience in cybersecurity, including at least 2 years in leadership roles. Solid knowledge of: Security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), vulnerability management, and incident response. Advanced Security Engineering: Design of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and architecture/system design patterns. Mandatory certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CISA. Soft Skills: Critical thinking, negotiation, and strong interpersonal skills to influence multidisciplinary teams.
