Process optimization through automation and emerging technologies **Job Objective:** Provide strategic and technical IT consulting to clients and organizations, identifying needs, designing solutions, and leading technology projects that enhance business efficiency, security, and digital transformation. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Analyze clients' technological and operational needs. * Design IT strategies and solutions aligned with business objectives. * Lead implementation, modernization, and technological transformation projects. * Evaluate architectures, systems, applications, and technological infrastructure. * Develop technical proposals, implementation plans, and technology roadmaps. * Identify opportunities to optimize processes through automation and emerging technologies. * Advise on digital transformation, cloud migration, and system modernization projects. * Coordinate technical and multidisciplinary teams during project execution. * Supervise technology vendors and partners, and evaluate third-party solutions. * Manage project risks, issues, changes, and dependencies. * Prepare technical reports, analyses, and presentations for clients and senior management. * Ensure implemented solutions comply with security, quality, and architectural standards. * Analyze the impact, costs, and benefits of technological alternatives. * Stay current on trends, emerging technologies, and IT best practices. * Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants and professionals. * Participate in client meetings, requirements gathering, and executive presentations. * Support pre-sales activities, commercial proposal development, and new business opportunity generation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Solid experience in IT consulting and technology project management. * Experience working directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, applications, cloud, and cybersecurity. * Experience with **Agile, Scrum**, and project management methodologies. * Familiarity with **AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud** platforms is desirable. * Ability to analyze complex problems and develop technological solutions. * Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Client orientation and ability to manage multiple projects. * PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, Scrum, or equivalent certification is desirable. * Proficiency in Spanish and English.
