We are the leading dental clinic network specializing in dental specialists and the most important such network in the country. We are now looking for our next Zonal Coordinator to join our Operations Management team! What will be your primary mission? You will serve as key support to the Zonal Deputy Management in supervising and managing all aspects necessary for the comprehensive operation of our branches. Your focus will be on understanding each clinic as a business unit, ensuring optimal results that meet Uno Salud’s high quality standards. What will you do daily? Advise and guide the Clinical Manager in comprehensive team management, consistently proposing improvement opportunities. Ensure high standards of image and functionality across clinics, jointly with the Zonal Deputy Manager. Conduct clinic visits to identify and prioritize key operational, IT, and supply chain issues. Support recruitment and follow-up of clinic staff, specialists, and diagnosticians. Assist in targeted recruitment of profiles such as Clinical Managers, Trainees, and Patient Coordinators. Review and ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient scheduling systems for Reception and Assistant teams. Monitor patient satisfaction results (NPS) and propose action plans. Manage and prioritize two-way requirements between Central Administration and Clinics to ensure timely responses. What do you need to apply? **Education:** Professional degree as Dental Surgeon. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of professional experience. What do we offer?
