At Maihue, we are looking for a Component Painter responsible for preparing and painting parts and components of our purification equipment, contributing to delivering products with excellent presentation while meeting the company’s quality standards. Key responsibilities: Prepare metal and polyurethane (PU) parts for the painting process, performing cleaning, sanding, and conditioning as required. Apply paint and finishes to parts and components of purification equipment. Verify that painted parts exhibit a uniform, high-quality finish. Keep tools and equipment used during the process clean and in good condition. Report any defects or anomalies detected in parts before or after the painting process. Assist with tasks related to component preparation and finishing when required. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Comply with safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Prior experience in industrial, automotive, or metal-mechanical painting—or similar roles—is desirable. Basic knowledge of surface preparation and handling of painting tools and equipment.
