Participate in diverse projects and field operations **San Cristóbal Recursos Humanos**, on behalf of its client MADESAN SpA, is currently recruiting a **Welder** to join its operations, where the primary objective will be to **perform welding tasks and prepare metal joints**, using the appropriate equipment and **materials for each activity**, while ensuring safe and high-quality execution. **Main Responsibilities Include:** * Perform welding tasks according to the specifications of each assignment. * Prepare surfaces, parts, and joints prior to welding. * Carry out auxiliary tasks such as cutting, grinding, and polishing. * Inspect the condition of welding equipment, tools, and accessories beforehand. * Properly use gases, consumables, and personal protective equipment. * Participate in required hot work controls and permits. * Visually inspect the quality and finish of completed welds. * Report any conditions that may affect safety or work quality. * **Ideal Profile:** * Technical training in Welding, Metal Structures, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience working as a Welder in field operations or industrial services. * Experience in welding, cutting, polishing, and part preparation. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with welding equipment and tools. * Experience using gases and consumables associated with welding processes. * Valid welder qualification or certification (Mandatory) * Knowledge of safety measures applicable to hot work.
