This role is critical to ensuring **daily operational continuity**, coordinating product intake, sorting, and **immediate dispatch for distribution**, leading teams within a dynamic and high-pressure operational environment where timing and traceability are critical. **Your mission** will be to coordinate and supervise the daily operation of the **transit warehouse**, ensuring received cargo is processed efficiently and dispatched for distribution within defined timeframes, maintaining operational order, documentary traceability, and correct execution of logistics processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise **cargo receipt, sorting, consolidation, and immediate dispatch**, ensuring continuous flow without inventory accumulation. * Organize and lead the **warehouse operations team**, assigning daily tasks and ensuring adherence to shifts, duties, and operational standards. * Monitor **documentation associated with transit cargo** (delivery notes, invoices, transport orders), ensuring traceability and record-keeping. * Coordinate directly with the transportation department regarding the **timely departure of vehicles for distribution**, supporting route planning and schedule compliance. * Identify and manage **operational incidents** (shortages, damages, loading errors, or documentation discrepancies), proposing rapid solutions to avoid service disruption. * Ensure **order, cleanliness, and safety** in the warehouse, promoting proper use of PPE and sound operational practices. * Conduct basic visual inspections of **vehicles and equipment**, reporting unsafe conditions or maintenance needs. * Supervise the use of **traceability and operational control systems**, supporting the preparation of basic management reports. **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical qualification in **logistics, transportation, warehousing, or related fields**. * Minimum **3 years of experience in logistics operations**, preferably in warehouses, cargo transportation, or distribution. * Experience **leading operational warehouse teams**. * Knowledge of **receipt, dispatch, and document control processes**. * Availability to work **onsite in Maipú**. **Desirable** * Prior experience in **transit warehouses, cross-docking, or high-turnover distribution centers**. * Basic knowledge of **automotive mechanics or machinery**. * Experience using **ERP, WMS, or logistics traceability systems**. **Role Conditions** * **100% onsite** work modality. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday**. * Operational role with direct impact on **distribution continuity and deadline compliance**. * Dynamic, demanding environment with **high operational responsibility**.
