Opportunity in the tourism and wine industry Tourism Manager – Confidential Position **Location:** Panquehue, Valparaíso Region **Schedule:** Tuesday to Saturday **Department:** Marketing and Tourism About the Role A leading company in the **wine industry**, located in Panquehue, is looking to hire a **Tourism Manager** to join its team. This person will be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to all vineyard visitors. The candidate will welcome and guide visitors through various experiences and tours, conduct wine tastings, manage reservations, and support the operation of the wine shop—ensuring consistently warm, professional, and high-level service at all times. We seek an autonomous, responsible, and service-oriented individual who enjoys interacting with people and has a genuine interest in wine and tourism. Key Responsibilities · Guide domestic and international visitors through the vineyard’s various tours and experiences. · Conduct wine tastings, delivering a warm and high-quality experience to visitors. · Manage tour reservations via **Tourpay**, maintaining appropriate communication and client relationships. · Operate the wine shop and conduct direct sales of products to visitors. · Ensure proper functioning, presentation, and maintenance of tourism-related facilities. · Support the effective execution of various tourism programs and experiences. · Prospect new tourism operators and manage negotiation and maintenance of commercial agreements. Requirements · **Advanced English proficiency — mandatory requirement.** · Portuguese desirable. · Personal transportation desirable. · Availability to work **Tuesday to Saturday in Panquehue**.
