Job Summary: We are seeking a Thermal Insulation Assistant to support the execution of thermal insulation work, ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency on site. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the execution of on-site thermal insulation work. 2. Assist in preparing materials and tools. 3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. We are looking for a **Thermal Insulation Assistant**, focused on supporting on-site thermal insulation work while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards. **About the Challenge** ---------------------- * **You will support** the execution of on-site thermal insulation work. * **You will collaborate** with the work team in preparing materials and tools. * **You will assist** in installing and removing insulation systems as directed by the technical team. * **You will ensure** compliance with safety regulations during work execution. * **You will support** meeting assigned task deadlines and quality requirements. * **You will maintain** order and cleanliness in the work area (housekeeping). * **You will transport** materials and equipment required to carry out tasks. * **You will follow** instructions provided by supervisors and lead technicians. * **You will comply** with internal regulations and established plant procedures. **What Would We Love to See in You?** ------------------------------ * Completed high school education. * At least **1 year of work experience**. * Minimum **1 year of experience as a thermal insulation assistant**. * Experience working at construction sites or industrial plants (desirable). * Availability for on-site work. * We seek individuals with **responsibility, commitment, and a safety-oriented mindset**. * Class B driver’s license (non-exclusive). **What Are We Offering You?** ----------------------- We guarantee a **confidential selection process**; if you are currently employed, you may apply safely.
