Job Summary: We are seeking a specialized telecommunications technician to install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure; diagnose faults; and perform work at height and with high voltage. At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 geniuses, connected from 41 countries, doing what we love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install, configure, align, and maintain microwave links. * Diagnose signal, connectivity, and interference faults. * Perform fiber optic cable laying, splicing, fusion, and repair. * Conduct measurements and certifications using OTDR, power meter, and other instruments. * Install antennas, radios, cabling, ODFs, splice closures, and telecommunications components. * Perform work on towers, poles, and elevated structures using fall arrest systems. * Carry out tasks in substations and near high-voltage power networks. * Observe safety distances, restricted zones, and work permits. * Prepare technical reports, measurement records, and photographic evidence. * Participate in preventive, corrective maintenance, and emergency response. * Report and halt any activity in the presence of serious risks or unsafe conditions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree (Medium or Higher Level) in Telecommunications, Electricity, Electronics, Connectivity and Networks, or related field. * Minimum two years of experience in telecommunications. * Experience with microwave links, fiber optics, and work at height. * Knowledge of fiber fusion, OTDR measurement interpretation, and radiofrequency. * Valid medical fitness certificate for work at height. * Valid training certification for work at height and electrical hazards. * Desired experience in electrical substations or transmission lines. * Class B driver's license. * Availability to work on-site, travel, and respond to emergencies. **Additional Information** Stefanini Benefits Shift-based work (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and (Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) Option to work overtime Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
