Its role is key to supporting project execution, contributing to the control of drawings, technical documents, physical progress, quantity take-offs, payment certificates, technical queries, reports, and contractual records. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Administer, register, and maintain the project’s technical documentation up to date. * Support drawing control, current version management, and information distribution to the field. * Collaborate in monitoring physical progress, measurements, quantity take-offs, and site evidence. ### **Educational Requirements** * Technical or professional education related to construction, civil works, or project management is required. **Minimum Required Education:** * Higher Technical Diploma in Construction, Civil Works, Technical Drawing, Engineering Projects, Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. **Desirable Education:** * Civil Constructor. * Construction Engineer. * Executive Engineer in Construction. * Building Technician. * Engineering Projects Technician. * Works Management and Control Technician. ### **Required Experience** * Between **1 and 3 years of experience** in similar roles within technical offices, document control, technical assistance, construction administration, or technical support in construction projects. **Desirable Experience in:** * Infrastructure projects, civil works, urban transport, underground works, erection, mining, concessions, or highly complex projects. * Drawing control, technical documentation, payment certificates, quantity take-offs, progress reports, and tracking of technical queries. * Coordination with production, quality, planning, risk prevention, environmental, and contractual administration departments. ### **Technical and Computer Skills** * Proficiency in digital tools for control, monitoring, and reporting is required. **Required Tools:** * Intermediate to advanced Excel. * Intermediate-level Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. **Desirable Tools:** * AutoCAD. * Revit, Navisworks, or BIM viewers. * Primavera P6 or MS Project. * Power BI. * SAP or other construction ERP systems. * Document management platforms such as SharePoint, Aconex, ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, or similar. ### **Key Competencies** * Organization, rigor, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage technical and documentary information. * Understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction processes. ### **Desirable Certifications** * Company and project safety induction. * Basic course in construction risk prevention. * Training in document management. * Drawing reading and interpretation. * Basic or intermediate AutoCAD. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\. * Basic training in BIM methodology. **Seize the challenge.
