Coordinate technical team for collaborative management Full-time Position Department/Section/Area/Location Head Valparaíso Region Valparaíso At Ultramar Agencia Marítima, a company specializing in international trade and ranked among Chile’s best workplaces (according to the Great Place To Work 2025 ranking), we are seeking a Technical Maintenance Manager for Bucalemu Lanchas based in Valparaíso. **Job Mission** Manage the technical availability and reliability of Bucalemu Lanchas’ assets, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational continuity through preventive maintenance planning, timely technical coordination, and supplier management—primarily to guarantee immediate service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and plan maintenance activities for assets. * Ensure regulatory and documentary compliance of vessels with maritime authorities. * Manage technical and operational relationships with suppliers. * Conduct technical evaluations for the purchase and/or construction of new vessels. * Coordinate the technical team to promote collaborative management aimed at ensuring operational continuity of Bucalemu Lanchas’ assets. **Requirements:** * Engineering professional; onboard experience preferred. * Knowledge of legislation and regulations related to quality, safety, security, and environmental management systems. * Technical knowledge in mechanics and asset management. * Knowledge of administration. * Advanced written and spoken English preferred. * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. **Reporting Line:** * This position reports directly to the Deputy General Manager of Bucalemu Lanchas.
