We are looking for a Support \& Onboarding Analyst who will support new sellers throughout their onboarding journey, ensuring an agile, efficient, and high-value experience—from their entry into the marketplace to commercial activation. What will be your challenge? You will be responsible for guiding new sellers through their onboarding process, resolving their requests, and implementing improvements to optimize their performance within the marketplace—ensuring efficient operations and a positive experience for customers and partners. **️ Key Responsibilities:** ✨ Contact, guide, and support new sellers throughout their onboarding process. ✨ Ensure acceptance of terms and conditions, initial configuration, and product upload/publication. ✨ Prioritize strategic sellers to reduce activation time and accelerate their entry into the marketplace. ✨ Design and deliver trainings, inductions, and advisory sessions on platform functionality. ✨ Resolve seller inquiries via multiple channels, performing follow-ups and escalations as needed. ✨ Prepare analyses, reports, and KPIs to measure outcomes and identify improvement opportunities. ✨ Coordinate initiatives with internal and external teams to optimize processes and reduce operational friction. ✨ Manage commercial and operational agreements with sellers to enhance their marketplace performance. What are we looking for in you? Recent graduate in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field. Highly analytical profile with a focus on continuous improvement. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Strong communication skills and customer orientation. Organizational ability, autonomy, and collaborative work skills. ✨ What do we offer?
