Job Description We are seeking a **Supply and Warehouse Supervisor** to coordinate and supervise the flow of materials, supplies, and products, ensuring proper inventory administration and compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply management, warehouse operations, and leadership of operational teams. Key Responsibilities * **Supply Management**: Coordinate procurement and supply of materials. * **Inventory Control**: Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability. * **Warehouse Supervision**: Ensure order, safety, and efficiency in storage operations. * **Process Optimization**: Implement improvements in logistics and warehouse management. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure alignment with transportation and occupational safety regulations. * **Team Management**: Coordinate and motivate warehouse and supply personnel. * **Management Reporting**: Prepare periodic reports for management. Requirements * Degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply management and warehouse operations. * Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics management platforms. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. * Technical English is desirable.
