




Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor with active leadership and a safety-focused approach to manage personnel, supervise on-site services, and ensure regulatory compliance in Valparaíso (Curauma). Promotion of a preventive culture and compliance with protocols We are looking for the best Supervisor for an important company in Valparaíso (Curauma area) Main Responsibilities: Submit material requests based on needs identified at the facilities, always ensuring necessary supplies are available to deliver services according to established weekly and monthly routines. Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors and/or as identified needs within the area. Interact with floor assistants based on various requirements. Respond to and assign cleaning requests and room preparation tasks. Hand over and receive facility交接 and report shift-related updates (night and day shifts) as applicable. Manage assigned personnel. Verify attendance and ensure staff are fit to perform their routine duties. Supervise on-site execution of services associated with each client company’s facility. Verify compliance with work guidelines, frequencies, and standards defined by the client. HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION Ensure adherence to safe work procedures. Implement activities outlined in the Occupational Health and Safety Plan. Comply with the Personalized Supervisor Program (safety walks\-behavioral observations\-inspections) Facilitate coordination and conditions enabling worker participation in safety matters. Verify that new workers have proper accreditation prior to commencing work. Initiate the new worker training cycle and ensure the new worker complies with all requirements specified in Safe Work Procedures. Conduct Safety Talks (5 minutes) and reinforce preventive campaigns. Monitor correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Halt work operations in the presence of unsafe conditions or actions. Report incidents \- accidents and complete P\-13 forms. Coordinate with the Risk Prevention department to implement safety improvements. Lead by example in safe behaviors. Promote self-care and a preventive culture within the work team. Comply with and enforce company and client safety policies. COMPETENCIES Active and on-site leadership: Lead with presence, order, and sound judgment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Desired education: Completed Secondary or Technical Education. Experience: 1 year in similar positions.
