You will be responsible for supervising the work team, coordinating operational activities, and contributing to continuous process improvement, ensuring operational continuity and achievement of port objectives. **What Are We Looking For?** A person capable of leading on-site teams, efficiently coordinating operations, and making timely decisions—always maintaining focus on safety, operational excellence, and objective achievement. ### **Job Requirements** Desirable: Medium or Higher Technical Degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field. Prior experience in operational supervision roles. Valid Port Card (mandatory). Class B driver's license. Intermediate English proficiency desirable. ### **Benefits**
