Job responsibilities: Supervise and manage the PTL Packing and store dispatch team according to company requirements. Ensure correct execution of tasks per defined protocols for operational processes in the area. Monitor and guarantee achievement of expected productivity levels while maintaining service quality standards. Evaluate staff performance using productivity indicators (PHH) and other defined KPIs. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations by the supervised team. Coordinate merchandise transfer with various departments within the Distribution Center for proper processing. Manage and resolve team concerns or issues, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. Support additional tasks requested by management, ensuring departmental objectives are met amid new demands. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a logistics supervisor. Technical or university education (not mandatory). Proficiency in WMS and Excel. Availability to work in Quilicura, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:30\. Employment conditions: Corporate cafeteria.
