




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Supervisor to lead technical teams, plan maintenance activities, coordinate contingency responses, and manage resources to optimize equipment availability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead technical teams and contractors in electromechanical maintenance. 2. Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance programs. 3. Propose improvements to optimize equipment availability and reliability. We are looking to incorporate an Electromechanical Supervisor into our team for one of our subsidiaries. **The position responsibilities include:** * Supervise electromechanical technical teams and contracted companies. * Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Coordinate contingency response during event operations. * Supervise the proper operation of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and HVAC equipment. * Manage resources, materials, and tools required for interventions. * Verify compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Conduct periodic inspections of infrastructure and equipment. * Prepare technical reports and maintenance records using Maintenance KPIs for each critical facility asset. * Coordinate work with external suppliers as required. * Propose improvements aimed at optimizing equipment availability and reliability. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or infrastructure maintenance. * At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams. * Experience in event centers, hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, industrial facilities, or corporate buildings is desirable.
