Requirements Management:** * Inform the team of requirements with preliminary information to assess technical feasibility. * Present new requirements for evaluation and prioritization in the backlog. * Work with clients to clarify specific needs and convey them to the team. **2. Planning and Coordination:** * Coordinate initiatives under an impact-and-value model. * Coordinate with the team on the next project and communicate it to stakeholders. * Manage delays to optimize current and future schedules. **3. Communication and Stakeholders:** * Communicate pending items and risks to the client. * Communicate the project vision and oversee its development. * Facilitate internal and external communication. **4. Control and Monitoring:** * Escalate and coordinate incidents. * Present progress updates and metrics (Jira dashboard). * Coordinate validations, UAT, and project release. Position Requirements * Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering field. * Experience: 3 years in IT project management/supervision. * Knowledge: Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, time management, assertive communication, leadership, and organization. **Competencies** * Leadership and facilitation. * Customer and value orientation. * Risk and change management. * Planning and control. * Effective communication. * Proficiency with tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Teams, Excel, and Power BI (desirable).
