Don’t miss the opportunity to join a sector-leading company! **Huntersat** Your future starts here **Job Description** **Position Purpose** Lead and coordinate the lifecycle of agile technology projects, ensuring clear requirement gathering, backlog prioritization, effective time management, and continuous communication with clients and internal stakeholders to maximize impact and value. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Requirements Management:** * Inform the team of requirements with preliminary information to assess technical feasibility. * Present new requirements for evaluation and prioritization in the backlog. * Work with clients to clarify specific needs and convey them to the team. **2. Planning and Coordination:** * Coordinate initiatives under an impact-and-value model. * Coordinate with the team on the next project and communicate it to stakeholders. * Manage delays to optimize current and future schedules. **3. Communication and Stakeholders:** * Communicate pending items and risks to the client. * Communicate the project vision and oversee its development. * Facilitate internal and external communication. **4. Control and Monitoring:** * Escalate and coordinate incidents. * Present progress updates and metrics (Jira dashboard). * Coordinate validations, UAT, and project release. Position Requirements * Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering field. * Experience: 3 years in IT project management/supervision. * Knowledge: Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, time management, assertive communication, leadership, and organization. **Competencies** * Leadership and facilitation. * Customer and value orientation. * Risk and change management. * Planning and control. * Effective communication. * Proficiency with tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Teams, Excel, and Power BI (desirable).
