Main responsibilities: * Coordinate planning and logistics of operations at production centers within the assigned zone, timely managing required resources, services, and inputs to ensure continuity and proper execution of activities. * Supervise services performed by contractor companies, verifying compliance with procedures, technical standards, and agreed-upon conditions to ensure work quality and timeliness. * Control availability, delivery, and utilization of operational inputs and resources, monitoring consumption and requirements per center to promote efficient and traceable resource use. * Record and prepare reports related to executed operations, consolidating information on activities, treatments, consumptions, and key performance indicators, aiming to maintain up-to-date information and facilitate operational tracking. * Coordinate with internal and external teams involved in operations, managing requests, contingencies, and center needs to support achievement of the zone’s operational plan. * Location: Los Lagos Region * Work Mode: Field / Operations * Working Hours: Full-time ### **Job Requirements** Requirements \- Higher Technical or University Degree in Logistics, Aquaculture, Administration, Operations, or related field. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision, operations coordination, or service coordination roles, preferably within the aquaculture industry. \- Experience coordinating contractors and field services. \- Proficiency in computer tools and report preparation. \- Willingness to work on-site and travel between production centers ### **Benefits**
