At SERCOM, a company specializing in construction and maintenance of public roads, we are seeking a Civil Works Supervisor to join our team. Work location: Puente Alto. Main responsibilities: Conduct work routes to ensure proper supervision of field teams according to the assigned project. Supervise correct execution of works in accordance with organizational safety procedures and standards. Support supervision alongside ITOs (Technical Works Inspectors), collecting observations and improvement opportunities for timely action. Verify material storage, vehicle organization, and site cleanliness, and perform daily checklists for assigned equipment. Collaborate with the Project Analyst in assigning tasks to field teams. Support daily release of tasks for teams serving the assigned commune. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Familiarity with Internet and Microsoft Teams. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of technical drawing software. Experience interpreting blueprints. Class B driver’s license. Prior experience supervising field works and teams. Residence in Puente Alto (mandatory).
