Key challenges: Supervise and coordinate work teams in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Manage resources, spare parts, and maintenance-related budgets. Ensure availability and operational reliability of critical equipment. Monitor management indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements. Coordinate services with specialized suppliers and contractors. Guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards.
