You will drive initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency, investment management, and continuous improvement, promoting high standards of safety, quality, and performance. Additionally, you will develop technical and organizational capabilities to ensure operational sustainability and excellence in execution. **Who We’re Looking For** We seek a professional with strategic vision and strong leadership capability, able to drive operational reliability and technical excellence. A person who combines experience in maintenance management and engineering projects with a strong results-oriented mindset focused on sustainable outcomes—ensuring efficiency, operational continuity, and optimal resource utilization.
