Verify figures, entries, and documents to ensure correct data entry, mathematical accuracy, and appropriate coding. Organize, safeguard, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Maintain financial and accounting information accurately using electronic spreadsheets. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial information to compile and maintain financial records using journals, ledgers, and/or computers. Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, audit, or payroll charts and reports. Complete closing procedures and reports at the end of each period as specified. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue accounts, invoices, and statements of account according to company procedures. Comply with company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect guest and colleague privacy and security. Serve guest needs professionally, positively, and promptly. Communicate with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones and emails using proper protocol. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals; listen and respond appropriately to concerns raised by other employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.

Related Work Experience:At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience:No supervisory experience required.
